All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at hello@nortico.co within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will review your case and send a replacement at no cost if the error was on our end.

Subscription orders can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date by contacting us at hello@nortico.co.
